The mold is put into a frame and filled with sand . After compression the mold is cleaned before heading to the Molten Bronze station. |

Next stop is to pour the hot molten bronze into the sand mold.

The hot molten bronze is then poured into the holes of the sand casting and moved along a conveyor belt for cooling.

All plaques are constantly inspected for imperfections. Each station has the ability, and the responsibility,
to reject any plaque that does not meet our highest quality standards for the finished product.
