8-14 days is one of the fastest delivery times in the industry at no
additional cost to you. Others charge 100% to 200% premiums for rush
service while we do not charge extra for plaque delivery in 14 days.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SIZE MY PLAQUE CAN BE? In
designing your copy for your bronze plaque you can use these guidelines,
there is a little wiggle room in these specs.
To determine the plaque width use 10 characters for every 5" as a guide
for block letters and 10 characters for 5 ¾" for times roman style or
most serif letters.
The smallest letter available is 1/2", a 1/2' letter height is 1/2"
wide including the spacing between letters. So 30 characters wide would
fit on a 15" wide plaque.
Allow 2" for margins and borders and spacing all around to the longest
line. No hyphens.
To determine the height of the plaque add the capital height and multiply
by 2 to include spacing.
For any logo's or emblems or decorations add to the width or height
and add an additional 2-4 inches for spacing.
You can send us your copy and we can give you the best size and pricing
to fit your plaque.
Let your inscription dictate the size of your plaque rather than letting
a pre-determined plaque size dictate your inscription.
IS THIS A REAL BRONZE PLAQUE? Yes, the entire

WHAT STYLE LETTERS ARE AVAILABLE? You can have
most any style available; most plaques are times roman, if size is an
issue, the smallest letter would be block style.

IF I HAVE A LOGO HOW DO I SEND IT TO YOU? All
logos have to be sent in an eps. Vectorized format for a pc not mac.
Drawing programs such as Adobe Illustrator® create vector graphics,
made of lines and curves defined by mathematical objects called vectors.
Vectors describe graphics according to their geometric characteristics.
For example, a bicycle tire in a vector graphic is made up of a mathematical
definition of a circle drawn with a certain radius, set at a specific
location, and filled with a specific color. You can move, resize, or
change the color of the tire without losing the quality of the graphic.
A vector graphic is resolution-independent-that is, it can be scaled
to any size and printed on any output device at any resolution without
losing its detail or clarity.
As a result, vector graphics are the best choice for type (especially
small type) and bold graphics that must retain crisp lines when scaled
to various sizes-for example, logos. Because computer monitors represent
images by displaying them on a grid, both vector and bitmap images are
displayed as pixels on-screen.
HOW CAN I INSTALL THE PLAQUE? Installation is
very easy; first the plaque comes with threaded screws that are screwed
into the back of the plaque. The screws are approximately 2" long. You
drill a hole into the surface that you are mounting the plaque on about
the same diameter size as the screws, then fill the holes with silicone
or other epoxy bonding agent, also apply some of the bonding to the
back of the plaque. After you have done this you slide the screws into
the holes and the plaque is mounted for a lifetime. We strongly urge
you NOT to schedule any ceremony involving your plaque until you actually
have the plaque in your hand. Production varies at different times of
the year. Delays can occur, although very rare, that are out of our
control including (castings that must be redone, shipping damage, lost
or delayed shipments, etc). Once artwork is approved orders can not
be canceled. You an see a diagram here Plaque

Q - What if cemetery refuses to allow me to install
an outside vendor's product:
A - First have the vendor
you are purchasing from get a signed cemetery release form that states
the cementery will accept delivery and installation of this product.
This will insure that the product you are purchasing is meeting all
of the cemetery's rules and regulations for headstones.
Q What if we have met the specifications of the cemetery and they
still won't comply because they want to sell me their product?
A - A cemetery may flat out say they do not accept
cemetery headstones from outside sources, or they may say that an installation
fee will be levied if you purchase from an another dealer, but not from
them. This is considered illegal by federal law as it is restrictive
of free trade.
Here is an excerpt from the Federal Trade Commission's website Bureau
of Competition page: The FTC's antitrust arm, the Bureau of Competition
seeks to prevent business practices that restrain competition -- including
monopolistic practices, attempts to monopolize, conspiracies in restraint
of trade, and anticompetitive mergers and acquisitions. The Commission's
antitrust authority comes primarily from the Federal
Trade Commission Act and the Clayton
Act both passed by Congress in 1914. Prevention of anticompetitive
practices allows for unfettered competition in the marketplace. Purchasers
benefit from lower prices and greater availability of products and services.
